The final match of the season saw Kerrie coming in to play WA with Lisa at Centre to replace the injured Amy.  Kerrie was extremely nervous having not played a match for a good long time.  She played fantasticly and you would never have guessed it was a new combination and how nervous she was. Thankyou for playing!

 

Bulkington started the game well, with some outstanding defending and interceptions from the defence of Jackie, Jo and Kim.  Some fantastic balls were thrown into the circle from Lisa and Kerrie who worked the ball brilliantly.  Ali was her usual strong self shooting well and Lindsey worked tirelessly all game, with some great moves into and in the circle.

 

 

They eased ahead, although it was extremely quiet on court, this changed as the game went on and Bulkington became more confident.  Each quarter the team were boosted by a good supply of sweets and at the end celebrated their fantastic, unbeaten season with champagne!!
