Bulkington A took to the Court with a with yet another changed starting line up due to injury etc. Mandie, Abi, Andrea, Faye, Yvonne, Rosie and Coutney.....  with subs of Stacie, Amy and Sue on the side.

The game was played at a frantic pace with Bulkington taking a few minutes to settle.From early on, it was evident that this game was only going to be decided by the slimest of margins with both ends scoring at any given opportunity.

Abi had to unfortunately leave the Court just after 1/4 time due to the  thumb injury received last week. Stacie came on at GD, despite having already played for the B team, and again gave her all.

At half time Bulkington were leading 21 - 19, however, Synergy were not beaten and pulled back to 23 - 23. It really was neck and neck throughout the third quarter.  Rosie showed her experience in the circle and between her and Courtney scored some crucial goals. Faye equally made herself available  and together with Andrea defended well down court.

Level, I believe, at 3/4 quarter time, "The Office" of Jackie and Sarah, made a few changes. Mandi found herself with yet another partner in Sue Evans for the last quarter.... three in one hour !!!!!  Amy made her A team debut at WD, Andrea reverted to C and Faye went back to WA.   Again the teams went goal for goal, there were a number of important interceptions from Faye, Mandi and Sue.... and with three minutes to go Bulkington found themselves 2 goals up. This they held until the final whistle and gained a thoroughly deserved 5 points.   Well Done .!!

Such was the excitement I cannot remember what the final score was... I think I would rather be playing than on the side...
